I posted in a community group recently about the botched haircut I had gotten from great clips and someone was gracious enough to recommend Steven in the comments. He actually got in touch with me and was very kind about the whole situation. He offered to get me an appointment today (which I just left from) with him and his business partner, Jason. After they were done with the amazing haircut, they refused to let me pay them and told me a good review would be enough of a tip. They are both amazing at their jobs, very personable and kind. They were able to take my unfortunate haircut situation and turn it into a better one, better than I could ever ask for. I recommend this place to anyone! Amazing staff, very refreshing and diverse. I was greeted by one of the stylists right when I walked in with such a cheerful smile and it really put me at ease considering I'm very introverted and that was all really new to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'll post before and after pictures as well.

Dkhari made my son’s first haircut so sweet and memorable! He did great cutting his hair and making sure he was comfortable and was super personable. We were lucky to find an amazing barber on the first cut!

Craig cut my son’s hair and was phenomenal! He was so patient and personable! My son is autistic can get antsy when he has to sit still. Craig was frequently reassured my son that he was doing a great and that he was proud of him! Craig was very detail oriented and you can tell that he genuinely take pride in the quality of service he provides! He made my son so comfortable that he even gave Craig a hug! The whole shop was very friendly and lively! We can’t wait for our next haircut!

I have been comming here for a little over a year and have never complained. There are excellent barbers at this location. Rachel in particular has been amazing with my 1 y.o his hair always looks fresh However- I received a haircut from Rob R. On December 23rd. During the service I was told several times that he was behind on clients and that made me feel as if my services were being rushed. I paid and tipped for the services and went home. I typically try to style it on my own before judging the cut itself. I was displeased with the services and my fade was done poorly. I did not receive the style I asked for. I waited to contact Rob until after the holidays as to not disrupt his personal time. I contacted Rob today and requested he fix the haircut as it was not done to my liking. He let me know that after 7 days he is no longer responsible for how my hair looks.... He also let me know that I would have to pay for the haircut all over again. I find that this is unacceptable. Please see attached photo of the haircut and what I was looking for. The black and white was what I was asking for. Thanks for giving this a read! Since posting the review. The owner was not aware of the actions of the barber taking matters into his own hands. They provided a refund, gave me a chance to revist to get my hair done. If that doesnt show what service means to olde world I dont know what does. Thank you Dani for showing what quality means to you.
